Lamb wool yarn

The yarn is spun from Norwegian wool C1 Fine, 28 micron. This means that only the finest fibers from Norwegian white sheep are used in the production of Vilje og Sol lamb wool yarn. The wool is Swan-labelled and has a great pile and resilience. This makes this fiber suitable for airy, soft and light carding yarns.

Vilje lamb wool yarn is a soft and resilient hand-knitting yarn that can be combined with Sølje fur wool yarn . Swan-labelled, airy, soft and light yarn. This type of yarn is a natural choice for baby blankets, baby clothes and shawls.

Washing advice
It is recommended to hand wash the garments with mild wool soap and let them dry flat.

This is ensured by only using GOTS -approved dyes in their color range for Vilje and Sol lamb wool yarn. GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) requires dyes to be biodegradable and non-toxic. The finished product cannot contain allergens or residues of dangerous chemicals. GOTS-approved dye is permitted in the organic production of yarn and textiles.
